Before this fix GridAffinityAssignmentCache.onKernalStop was called before
exchange manager onKernalStop and all affinity futures were already cancelled.
To avoid this hang I changed GridDhtPartitionTopology methods called by
exchange worker to allow interruption on topology lock.
