Javadoc for IgniteCache.isLocalLocked says that if byCurrThread parameters is
'false; then it 'will check that any thread on any node owns a lock on this
key'. Currently it does not work:
- lock some key on the node which is not affinity node for the key
- call IgniteCache.isLocalLocked on primary node, it returns false
