Description:
Refresh functionality is not working correctly:
* There should be no blinking
* Axises should not refresh, only data
* Graphs that do not support refresh, should have a message saying: Refresh is
not supported for Bar (icon) charts, use Line (icon) or Area (icon) charts.
Multi-line graphs are not working correctly:
* multiple lines are not shown
