* IPortableStream is IDisposable, but it does not own resources directly
* PlatformMemory is not IDisposable, but is does own resources
* Most usages look like "using (var mem =
IgniteManager.Memory.Allocate().GetStream())"
* Memory.Release can't be called multiple times (will cause bugs for pooled
memory and crashes for unpooled memory)
Need to think of a way to mitigate these issues.
