Following implementation is proposed:
1. New class {{SqlFiledsQuery}}.
2. New method for Cache class: {{QueryFieldsCursor Query(const
SqlFiledsQuery&)}}.
3. New class {{QueryFieldsCursor}} with method {{FieldsRow GetNext()}}.
4. New class {{FieldsRow}} with methods {{T GetNext()}} and {{bool HasNext()}}.
