When using NuGet package, IGNITE_HOME env var and
IgniteConfiguration.IgniteHome setting do not make sense, since jars are in the
NuGet folder.
On the other hand, user may want to deploy their app in some custom way with
Jars somewhere else. May be a warning should be added.
