We already have a section briefly covering how to configure the rack-awareness
[1] however the section lacks configuration examples and might miss some other
important items. Instead, we should create a dedicated page related to the
"rack-awareness" and merge the data from the existing paragraph with an example
from the JavaDoc [2]
