Description: Python has a database connection standard called
[DB-API|https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0249/]. It would make the Ignite
Python thin client a lot more useful if it could use this in addition to its
current Ignite-specific APIs. Implementing this would enable other Apache tools
such as SuperSet and Airflow to connect to and use Ignite. (was: Python has a
