Andrey, please take a look at exising test
IgniteCacheCopyOnReadDisabledAbstractTest, GridCacheOnCopyFlagAbstractSelfTest.
It is necessary to test two cases: if copyOnRead=true we do not store
deserialized value in cache and copy it for entry processor/interceptors, if
copyOnRead=false deserialized value is stored in cache.
