If listener registration is happen during cache update in this case may be that 
a local listener will be ignore this update (on start continuous query it get 
update counter for this cache update and set the counter as starting), but 
remote filter will be applied for this update. For avoid this situation need to 
set a starting update counters to remote filter and ignore this event in filter 
too.
