Description:
IGNITE-4523 and IGNITE-11499 added new options to SqlFieldsQuery, propagate
.NET:
* {{SqlFieldsQuery.Partitions}}, {{QueryOptions.Partitions}}
* {{SqlFieldsQuery.UpdateBatchSize}}, {{QueryOptions.UpdateBatchSize}}
Make sure this works with thin clients too - needs a feature flag.
