Vladimir,
If uses select to only build ODBC library then there is no dependency on the
{{libjvm}}. I have already checked that if you choose to build {{odbc}} project
VS only builds {{utils}} (former {{common}}), {{binary}} and {{odbc}} itself.
None of these libraries have {{libjvm}} as the dependency.
