Description:
This test should check the rebalance on in-memory caches in basic scenario:
rebalance triggered by two event types: node join and node left the topology.
The test should be able to run on large amounts of data enough to ensure
rebalancing time about of several minutes.
Test parameters: see IGNITE-14226 description.
Test result: time taken to rebalance process.

This test should check the rebalance on in-memory caches in basic scenario.
Preloaded data size should be at least 30GB.
The runs should be made for different entry sizes: 1, 2, 10, 25 and 50KB.
Also, different values of rebalance thread pool size and rebalance batch size
should be tested: 2, 4, 8 and 512KiB, 1MiB, 2MiB accordingly.
