Description:
Need to add properly calculated rebalance speed value to the test result data.
To do that, we need to reset the metrics before rebalance start, and get the
values of cache group metrics {{RebalancingReceivedBytes}},
{{RebalancingStartTime}} and {{RebalancingEndTime}} for each test cache on each
node where rebalancing routine has been started, after rebalance end. We should
sum all {{RebalancingReceivedBytes}} values, and divide that by sum of all
differences between {{RebalancingEndTime}} and {{RebalancingStartTime}} for
getting the real rebalance speed.
