(was: Denis, it's a valid concern, however we have _if (cacheName != null)_
check at the top of _start(...)_ not to create configurations again and again
for tasks because they are the same. And if an IgnitePredicate filter is not
_static_, it won't be initialized for multiple tasks. Also it (and the queue)
is used now with {{TaskRemoteFilter}} which is static too. Removing _static_
from {{TaskRemoteFilter}} will have the same effect I mentioned for the filter.
I think we have to leave it as it, or remove _if (cacheName != null)_ check and
share nothing but {{IgniteGrid}} singleton.
