Description:
Linked ticked fix fails IgniteDaemonNodeMarshallerCacheTest and reveals a
problem:
Demon nodes could create a cluster consists of only daemons.
Daemon node:
1) Must not be coordinator of cluster
2) Must not create cluster without server nodes

Possible fix: remove daemon functionality
