Summary: Provide auto-check that all standalone projects built

Currently there is no auto check that all standalone projects are correct.
For example, in the ticket [1] was a case that building examples from binary is
failed due to missed dependency in related pom-standalone.pom.
It's required to provide a check of all standalone poms:
# Auto check on TC and / or Travis;
# Add a check to release process - build all pom standalone projects.
