Description:
{{NettyServer#start}} contains the following code:

handshakeManager.handshakeFuture().whenComplete((sender, throwable) -> {
if (sender != null)
newConnectionListener.accept(sender);
});

If the handshake fails, for example, because of a missing serialization
factory, {{serverStartFuture}} will never complete.
