Summary: Print log message about stroring baseline node attributes

A baseline node attributes are stored in a BLT entry of the metastorage each
time when a BaselineTopology changes. If a baseline node is offline there is no
way to see stored attributes. It would be helpful to print these attributes to
log each time when BLT was stored in metastorage.
This feature could be switchable by JVM-option.
