    Description: 
The simple command should allow checking partition's keys through partition 
iterator on backups and primaries.
As a result, the check should be performed for atomics and recovery for tx 
caches (default strategy).
Results should be logged using local CacheConsistencyViolationEvent listeners 
(to a separate log? / as implemented at plugin?)

We should also fix idle_verify to detect ABA problems (different versions for 
the same value) at this fix.
