Description:
We have noticed that some integration test's class names do not start with IT
prefix:
* LiveSchemaChangeKVViewTest
* LiveSchemaChangeTableTest
* SchemaChangeKVViewTest
* SchemaChangeTableViewTest
* DynamicTableCreationTest
* IgnitionTest
* TableCreationTest
* ConnectionManagerTest
* RecoveryHandshakeTest
* ConfigCommandTest
* PersistencePropertiesVaultServiceTest
* PersistentVaultServiceTest
* ClientHandlerIntegrationTest
They should be renamed and placed in {{integrationTest}} folder
