* Local snapshots should be convertible to NAS format (move local to NAS
avoiding (or keeping) duplication). {{control.sh}} should do this.
* NAS snapshots should be applicable to any topology (same, bigger, or
smaller). Nodes should request required partitions from NAS on start.
{{ignite.sh}} should do this.
