[~jooger], [~korlov] can u check this PR ? I checked that all [_ignore] files
contains appropriate issue tickets, also some rare tests was removed due to
transactions presence or non standardized conventions. Probably i can miss
something - best way to check pr from the end, cause from start i already
checked )
