Description:
The {{BuildIndexThreadPoolSize}} value will be 1 if the count of available
processors is less or equal to 4.
Test expect at least 2 thread: one thread is blocked by {{blockRebuildIdx}}
logic.
The {{IgniteCacheQueryH2IndexingLeakTest}} test has same issue.
