The following tests fail on Windows with .NET 4.6.1 and were disabled in
IGNITE-15504 with conditional compilation:
* DataStreamerClientTest.TestFlushThrowsOnCacheStoreException
*
PartitionAwarenessTest.CacheGet_NewNodeEnteredTopology_RequestIsRoutedToNewNode
*
ClientClusterDiscoveryTestsNoLocalhost.TestClientWithOneEndpointDiscoversAllServers
Re-enable the tests and fix them.
