The 3rd party mirrors cannot be expected to carry all versions of all ASF
software.
The rule is therefore that only currently maintained releases are made
available via the ASF mirror system.
Previous releases are always available from the archive server, but it is not
expected that many people will need them.
Users should be directed to the currently maintained release(s).
The download page can link to archived releases, but it should be made clear
that these are not the current recommended releases.
The https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/ignite/ is *not* to be used for
external downloads; it is only intended as a staging area for the ASF mirror
system.
