Roman Puchkovskiy resolved IGNITE-15850.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
It looks like this is not relevant for the current master. Using the most
recent Maven 3.8.3 and an empty local repository, I was not able to reproduce
the failure. For this reason, closing the issue.
