Currently, the snapshot restore procedure doesn't wait for the indexes to be
rebuilt (rebuild procedures will be finished asynchronously). We should improve
this behaviour that way - restoring cache groups will be available to the user
only after all the indexes will be rebuilt (add a system property to control
this behaviour).
