Description:
Need to create specific suite on TC 1, link to existing suite in TC 2 is in
links.
Suite should be excluded from {{Run All}} until merge of IGNITE-15922
[PR|https://github.com/apache/ignite/pull/9569] for testing
Module name: {{:ignite-numa-allocator}}
Test suite name: {{ NumaAllocatorTestSuite }}
