Summary: Extract result rows for IndexQuery sequentially from pages

Currently IndexQueryProcessor extract rows from cache pages by ordered list of
IndexRows. It leads to access random page for every new item.
We can optimize this process:
# Traverse for all IndexRow and found required pageId
# Access every page with batch of entries
# Put them to final list in order defined with index rows.
