There were cases when due to bugs a page was updated by wrong PageIO
implementation (i.e. an implementation that works with pages of type that is
different from the page type). This was causing page corruption. Sometimes such
a corruption remains unnoticed for some time and causes other problems.
The idea presented here is to assert page type in all page mutators so that a
bug manifests itself as early as possible.
