[~nizhikov], [~ptupitsyn], I found that
{{ProtocolBitmaskFeature#GET_SERVICE_DESCRIPTORS}} share the same id with
{{{}ClientBitmaskFeature#BINARY_CONFIGURATION{}}}, and no feature mask was
introduced for service descriptors on the server-side, can you please fix it?
Also, to avoid such problems it's better to write compatibility tests
(\{{JavaThinCompatibilityTest}}) with every newly introduced thin client
feature.
