Users must be able to see available information about cluster snapshots through
the view:
1. Snapshot name
2. Node consistent id
3. Baseline nodes affected by snapshots
4. Cache group names that were included in the snapshot

3. List of cache groups in a snapshot
4. Partition states (e.g. the snapshot has LOST partitions)
