Issue proved. Checked on apache ignite 2.9.1 with protocol 2.7.0
ODBC driver 2.9.1 -- works
ODBC driver since 2.10.0 and master -- set streaming failed.
Checked on pyodbc 4.0.32 and python 3.9.9, reproducer attached
