Summary: Сonsistency check command should support

Because keys and values are sensitive data, we need to provide for disabling
the possible output of these data to the log.
Suggestion: add support for the "IGNITE_TO_STRING_INCLUDE_SENSITIVE" option in
the consistency command(Read Repair).
