We need to continue porting the codebase PageMemory to Ignite 3.
The next step is to port *PageMemoryImpl* without WAL, checkpoint and
throttling - they will have to be implemented after splitting tasks in
[IGNITE-15818|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-15818].
Don't forget test:
* *BPlusTreePageMemoryImplTest*
* *BPlusTreeReuseListPageMemoryImplTest*
