Description:
Current validator of Type Name field in Type Configuration < Binary
Configuration < Cluster doesn't support wildcard. Ignite documentations says
"Wildcards are supported for per-type configuration, in this case provided
configuration will be applied to all types matching type name template."

So we have to implement supporting of wildcard.
