Release Note: Deprecated the IGNITE_WAIT_FOR_BACKUPS_ON_SHUTDOWN system
property. (was: Using the IGNITE_WAIT_FOR_BACKUPS_ON_SHUTDOWN system property
is deprecated starting Apache Ignite 2.13 release. The ShutdownPolicy should be
used instead.)
