Apache Ignite License Generator module is a custom maven resource plugin. It
generates /license/{module name}-licenses.txt file contains list of module's
non transitive dependencies.
Аfter the ignite-apache-license-gen of version 1.4.0 is released it hasn't been
change for a few years (only the pom versions is updated and not deployed).
It is safe to move the ignite-apache-license-gen to Ignite extensions to keep
the source code for a future releases and use 1.4.0 version in the Ignite
parent module to generate licenses as usual.
