Different Storage Engines (SE) may have different sets of configuration
parameters. These parameters are supported on configuration level but should be
integrated with DDL as well.
DDL scripts should be able to transfer SE parameters from CREATE TABLE command
to configuration and properly handle any validation or other exceptions
generated by configuration module.
