In order to make IGNITE-16860 possible, we need to add an ability to specify a
function as a default value generator. It worth to note, that a behaviour of KV
API and SQL should be consistent, thus this feature should be derived from a
SQL runtime to the common place.
As a first step, I would propose to support only a few predefined system
functions. This could be possibly extended to support an arbitrary function
though.
