Check that there is a race in 
*org.apache.ignite.internal.pagememory.persistence.checkpoint.CheckpointProgressImpl*
 between *CheckpointProgressImpl#futureFor*, *CheckpointProgressImpl#transitTo* 
and *CheckpointProgressImpl#fail* and correct if there is.
