The main value of this ticket is to develop the CLI Tool that can be used by a
user. Features that should be included in the MVP:
* bash autocompletion
* static commands autocomplete in REPL mode (not for sql)
* keyword autocomplete in sql
non-REPL commands:
help, init, config show, config update, sql, version, topology.
REPL commands:
connect, disconnect, status, help, init, config show, config update, sql,
version, topology.
The replacement of the existing CLI module is out of scope.
