Need to add the ScanQuery API to C++ thin client:
* The ScanQuery must have a partition property: it may be used to do parallel
initial data load to improve performance.

* The ScanQuery must have a partition property: it may be used to do parallel
initial data load to improve performance.
* It would be nice for the ScanQuery to have a remote filter. Having a remote
filter would improve the user experience.
