Description:
We have the listener {{onReconfigurationError}} for handling errors during the
rebalance, but not implementation yet.
At the moment, it looks like, that we can receive only 1 kind of errors -
{{RaftError.ECATCHUP}}
UPD:
Retry logic of changePeersAsync was implemented.
