At the moment, the partition destruction operation does not work quite
correctly, we just go through all the records and explicitly delete them, but
we cannot delete the partition file, because the checkpoint will then not be
able to write pages to this partition file and it will have an error.
Before implementation, you need to think about how to do it, but in any case,
deleting the partition file should definitely do a checkpoint.
