The test DynamicEnableIndexingBasicSelfTest.testEnableDynamicIndexing fails 
sometimes with error `Table not found`.


*Root cause:*

Looks like CREATE TABLE command isn’t affected on client node sometimes when 
table is created on existed cache and the cache isn't started on the client 
node.
