There is Partition Awareness feature for Ignite 2.x
([IEP-23|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/IGNITE/IEP-23%3A+Best+Effort+Affinity+for+Thin+Clients]).
Now we need to design and implemnt the same mechanism for Ignite 3.x.
