Description:
All SQL queries should be executed transactionally, for now - explicit tx are
not forwarded into inner sql execution layer, this need to be fixed.
This issue will close only dml modification\insertion case.
All others : transactional ddl, RO tx scan, need to be implemented under other
issues.
