Description:
Consider possibility of introducing pluggable metric exporters to provide
ability for users to create their own exporters thay need.
Pluggable metric exporters should implement the common interface, and
implementations should be loaded to the application using Java ServiceLoader.
The problems of configuration exporters and turning on and off certain
implementations should be worked out within IGNITE-17358 .
